Членов Конституционного совещания
к народу Кыргызстана
Мы, члены Конституционного совещания 2010 года,
свидетельствуя, что, несмотря на сложную ситуацию в стране, работа над проектом будущей Конституции происходила в атмосфере конструктивизма и консолидации,
признавая, что неограниченное и бесконтрольное правление диктаторов приводит к человеческим жертвам и отчуждению государства от граждан,
памятуя о невосполнимых утратах, понесенных во имя восстановления Суверенитета народа Кыргызстана,
провозглашая непреложную ценность Жизни, Свободы, Достоинства и Счастья каждого человека, образующего народ Кыргызстана,
вкладывая в каждую строку искренние Надежды на мир и процветание,
осознавая историческую Ответственность перед прежними и грядущими поколениями,
полагаясь на Разум и вековую Мудрость народа Кыргызстана,
вместе с Временным Правительством Кыргызской Республики, для принятия народом Кыргызстана посредством открытого, добровольного и свободного волеизъявления
выносим на референдум (всенародное голосование) проект новой Конституции Кыргызской Республики
и просим каждого гражданина прийти на референдум 27 июня 2010 года и сделать свой выбор за лучшее будущее страны.
